Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with SiteFor500 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and SiteFor500.

2. Services Provided

SiteFor500 provides WordPress website design and development services for a fixed price of $500 USD. Our standard package includes:

• Up to 5 custom-designed pages
• Mobile-responsive design
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• Contact form integration
• Social media integration
• WordPress content management system
• Basic security setup
• Google Analytics integration
• One round of design revisions

Additional services and add-ons are available at extra cost as specified on our website.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment: Full payment of $500 USD is required before work begins.
• Add-ons: Any additional services must be paid for before implementation.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Currency: All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

4. Project Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7-10 business days from the date we receive:

• Full payment
• All required content (text, images, logos)
• Completed project questionnaire
• Access credentials (if applicable)

Delays in providing required materials will extend the project timeline accordingly. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within 48-72 hours to maintain project momentum
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Provide honest and accurate business information
• Arrange and pay for web hosting separately (we can recommend providers)
• Register or transfer domain names as needed (separate from our services)
• Review and provide feedback during the revision phase

6. Revisions Policy

• Included Revisions: One round of revisions is included in the base price.
• Revision Scope: Revisions cover reasonable design adjustments such as color changes, font adjustments, layout tweaks, and content updates.
• Additional Revisions: Extra revision rounds are available at $50 per round.
• Scope Changes: Requests that significantly change the project scope (new pages, features, or major redesigns) will be quoted separately.
• Revision Deadline: Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial design delivery.

7. Refund Policy

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if requested before we begin design work.
• After Work Begins: Once design work has commenced, refunds are not available as significant resources have been allocated to your project.
• Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the final result after using your included revision round, we will work with you to address concerns. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
• Project Abandonment: If a project is abandoned by the Client (no response for 30+ days), no refund will be issued and we reserve the right to close the project.

8. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, images, logos, and materials you provide.
• Final Website: Upon full payment, you own the completed website and all custom design elements created specifically for your project.
• Third-Party Assets: Stock images, fonts, plugins, and themes remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Website Hosting & Domain

Web hosting and domain registration are NOT included in our $500 package. You are responsible for:

• Purchasing and maintaining web hosting (we recommend providers upon request)
• Registering or transferring your domain name
• Ongoing hosting and domain renewal fees
• Providing us with hosting access for website deployment

10. Website Maintenance

Ongoing website maintenance is NOT included in the initial $500 package. After launch, you are responsible for:

• WordPress updates and security patches
• Plugin and theme updates
• Content updates and changes
• Backup management

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteFor500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, search engine rankings, or business outcomes. While we strive for excellence, we cannot warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the Client engages in abusive behavior, provides illegal content, fails to respond for extended periods, or violates these terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided for work already completed.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Projects in progress will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
